TAFE Western's organisational structure
TAFE Western is organised to deliver educational programs using a faculty structure aligned to five discipline areas:
- Vocational Access
- Business, Arts and Information Technology
- Community Services, Tourism, Health and Recreation
- Manufacturing and Engineering, Construction and Transport
- Primary Industries and Natural Resources
The Director Educational Delivery for each Faculty also has responsibility for the Colleges located in one of five geographic areas in the region:
- Orange Area
- Bathurst Area
- Dubbo Area
- Northwest Area
- Broken Hill Area
The organisation's operations are supported by the folllowing units:
- Learning and Engagement Unit, incorporating the Learning and Development of staff, Equity and student support staff
- An Aboriginal Education and Training Unit
- A Strategy and Performance Unit
- Regional Human Resources Unit
- Regional Finance and Administration Unit
- Regional Information and Communications Technology Unit
