Course Description

This course is for people who want to develop post-trade skills and knowledge, at a supervisory level, across a broad range of general horticulture areas.

Industry positions include senior horticulturist, horticulture team leader.

You will learn about maintaining a safe workplace, as well as skills in selected areas, such as: organic production; soil and plant health; weed and pest management; turf establishment and maintenance; business management; chemicals use; design; merchandising and sales; natural area restoration; and industry work practices.
