There are various employment opportunities; some are highly creative or technical while others involve administration or customer-service.
A successful career in the arts does not mean you have to be an artist or performer - there are many other options. For example the performance of a play requires not only actors but a range of people including a producer, director, lighting technician, stage manager and costume designer.
