To help you find the most appropriate information about your area of interest we have divided details about our courses and services to the community and industries into 14 different groups
Two of the areas (Aboriginal Education and General education & work skills) are not industry related but they appear here to guide you in the same way as the other industry areas.
These pages have information that may be interesting to future and current students as well as employers in most businesses and organisations.
In 2007 the Western Institute was named Large Training Provider of the Year at the Australian Training Awards. This award recognises the relationships the Institute has with its community as well as its commitment to excellence across all areas of vocational training.
The Institute responds to changing training needs as new industries emerge, when existing workers need to learn new skills and when people seek new opportunities for themselves and their community.
