I'm a Temporary Visa Holder. Can I still do a TAFE NSW course?

If you are not an Australian citizen or an Australian permanent resident, you may still be eligible to study in TAFE NSW provided you hold a visa class or sub class, which does not exclude you from studying in Australia, and subject to places being available and individual course entry requirements being met.

You can find out more about Temporary Visa Holders' entitlement to study in TAFE NSW at http://www.tafe.nsw.edu.au/students/tempvisa.htm. You can also access on this site, the TAFE NSW Temporary Visa Holders Policy and a schedule of permanent and temporary visas that sets out which visa sub-classes are subject to fees.
