Mudgee College offers a range of certificate level courses in access and general education, aged care, agriculture, business, computing, engineering trades, hospitality and viticulture.

Mudgee College operates out of two sites. The main campus is located on Cassilis Road and runs courses in aged care (nursing), children's services, hospitality, carpentry and joinery, fitting and machining and welding, and a range of primary industries and natural resources offerings, including agriculture, animal care, horticulture, viticulture and wool classing.

The Court Street Annexe offers courses in business services, ceramics, information technology, management and outreach and a range of courses in access and general education, including English for Speakers of other Languages (ESOL) and numeracy and literacy.
