Dubbo College is a major regional centre offering courses in access and general education, accounting, business, children's services, hospitality, information technology and management, with some at Diploma level. The college offers a wide range of trade courses and specialises in agriculture, automotive heavy vehicle, beauty, electrical, hairdressing, nursing, vehicle painting and panel beating. Dubbo College is also a specialist centre for Aboriginal visual and performing arts.

Dubbo College operates out of three sites. The main site is located at Myall Street (A) where the majority of courses are offered. The Fitzroy Street Annexe (B) offers courses in children's services, electrical and information technology. The Narromine Road Campus (C) is located on the road to Narromine and offers a range of courses in primary industries and natural resources including, agriculture, animal studies, conservation and land management, horticulture, landscaping, and wool classing. Dubbo College also offers heavy automotive courses out of the Narromine Road Campus.
