TAFE NSW Western Institute works with industry to ensure we deliver the best vocational education and training programs at the right places and at the right times.

TAFE Westerns' Business Capability Coordinators work with employers to provide workforce development and training.  They are able to conduct on-site analysis, identify skill gaps and listen to ideas as they develop training strategies for your business.

TAFE Western works with industry to provide tailored training solutions. Your industry account manager can:

  • Build a partnership with you to provide innovative training solutions to increase staff skills or meet shifting industry requirements and compliance
  • Work with you to analyse your training needs, or the training needs of your employees and help integrate these into training program outcomes
  • Assist you to gain funding for training
  • Customise training to suit your needs through a range of nationally recognised qualifications, accredited skill sets, short course programs, apprenticeships, work place training, or recognition for existing skills.
